Tony Williams

Offering more than two decades of excellence within business management and counseling, Tony Williams strives to help others stabilize themselves through mental and behavioral health. This is displayed through his many professional positions and ventures, including being the Founder and Owner of DYNOX LLC which, since 2014, has hired and worked with mental health professionals to provide counselling services to adolescents, adults and families. This includes working with those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder through their Applied Behavioral Analysis Program (ABA). Experience includes the development of seven business development and networking groups plus Williams Education and Development Group (WEDG) - a life and business coaching company. He then served as a mental and behavioral health consultant with Smart Business Solutions for six years, plus senior probation officer and regional SABRE (Substance Abuse Reduction Effort) coordinator for the Department of Juvenile Justice. Additionally, he was the training director for Pines Behavioral Hospital in Virginia and was an emergency services crisis assessor for a residential mental health facility.
Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Christopher Newport University in 1999. He then attained a graduate certificate from Old Dominion University in 2004. Well-qualified in his field, he is a certified substance abuse counselor and is a certified life coach with the World Coach Institute.
